By accessing our website and purchasing from our company, you recognize that you contacted us directly and that at no time Medicam, Medicamerica, Medicam Europe, any of our affiliated, distributors, agents, sales representatives or any entity related to us contacted you directly.

Certification Section and Conditions

The Client or Distributor understand and approves that it is impossible for our websites to conform with the laws and regulations of every countries in the world. The Client or Distributor shall comply with all Applicable Laws existing in the Territory from time to time concerning the Products, photos, the content of the terms and conditions in the different sections of any of our websites and shall keep Supplier informed of any relevant changes therein.The equipment listed in our website is HEALTH CANADA APPROVED. Our Equipments are now ETL certified, Medicam received the Official CCN, ISO and CMDCAS certifications all Medicam Equipment and can be sold, purchased and used in Canada. All Medicam Equipment is CE Medical and Esthetic APPROVED also. Please refer to the webpage in our website (certification section) for the certifications.

Statements and Advice

If statements or advice, technical or otherwise, is offered or given to customer, such statement or advice will be deemed to be given as an accommodation to customer and without charge and Medicam Inc., Medicam Europ or any of its affiliates will have no responsibilities or liabilities whatsoever for the content or use of such statements or advice.
Force Majeure Medicam Inc., or any of its affiliates will at no time and under no circumstances be held responsible for any interruption (down time)of any of their websites.

General

The terms and conditions may not be modified or cancelled without Medicam Inc. written agreement. The sale of our products will be governed by the terms and conditions, the website general agreement, sales general agreement, parts and warranty section and support packages section.
